I do 300 crunches a day and still cannot see my six-pack abs.  What am I doing wrong?

Eighty percent of seeing the results from your hard workouts is diet and nutrition.  You can exercise 6-8 hours a day but if you are not eating healthy, your six-pack abs will continue to hide behind layers of bodyfat.  To see a more defined, sculpted body, reduce your bodyfat with better nutrition and a consistent, effective exercise regimen.  As long as your form is correct, you will not need to do hundreds of any exercise to see better results.
