Personal Training Packages:
Personal One-0n-One Training Sessions are offered at the Celbod Fitness Studio.
At-Home training services are available at the standard training rate
of $55.00 per session in addition to a mileage surchage fee.
In addition to your
training sessions, each Personal Training package includes a customized
exercise and nutrition program, bodyfat analysis, tape measurements,
body mass index summary, daily logs and healthy articles and
magazines.
Each training session lasts
approximately 60-75 minutes and includes warm-up and cool down
stretches as well as abdominal toning exercises. Exercise
options may include the following: Weight Training, Resistance
Training, Plyogenics, Pilates, Swimming, Tennis, Basketball,
Jogging, Track/Field, Box-Aerobics, Step-Aerobics, Spinning, Hi-Lo
Aerobics, PowerWalking, Hoola-Aerobics, Speed Training and Tai-Chi.
Group fitness classes and
group training sessions are available and require a minimum of two
participants.
