The Celestial Bodies Nutrition & Wellness Center offers a full line of nutritionals and food supplements to enhance and improve your health and lifestyle.  We carry a wide array of vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements, natural foods, meal replacements and health-related products from many well-known and quality-driven manufacturers and distributors.  Our knowledgeable staff can assist you by providing a complete and private health analysis to supplement or improve your health condition and lifestyle.  We encourage our customers to share this information with their family physician for review and feedback for best results.

National Health & Fitness Presenter

Allow our professional staff to organize and deliver quality wellness presentations to your company, organization, staff or group.  Celestial Bodies will  customize presentations to meet your special guidelines and requirements. 

We can devise formal/informal, interactive and informative sessions to improve and educate individuals on the importance of health and wellness.  Our staff has spoken at a wide array of industry trade shows, and community events nationwide in addition to smaller venues for the military, teens, seniors and other special interest groups.

Personal Training
All studio sessions are "by appointment only" and typically last 60-75 minutes in duration.  Studio appointments are available Monday thru Saturday from 11:00AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM. Your training sessions are totally private and specifically tailored to meet your fitness needs.  Celestial Bodies also offers convenient at-home personal training services in the Washington, DC metro area.  We also offer our consulting services throughout the United States and abroad via our Travel Trainer program.

Body Composition Analysis:

This service option includes measurements of bodyfat composition to determine your muscle to fat ratios, body mass index analysis (BMI) to determine height to weight ratios and tape measurements to track and record growth and reduction of body parts.  The results of the assessment are used to set realistic fitness goals and to devise an exercise and nutrition plan to optimize your fitness goals.

At-Home WorkOut:

Your at-home fitness program incorporates cardiovascular, resistance, strength and flexibility training exercises using weights, resistance equipment, and pilates mat.  Your fitness program will also include a customized fitness plan to guide you in your daily workouts at home.  Our service includes assisting you with effectively using a heart rate monitor to track your heart rate training zones, calories burned, time spent in your fat burning zones and fitness level.  Our professional staff is on hand to guide you every step of the way through your scheduled sessions in the convenience of your home.  Heart rate monitors are optional but highly recommneded.

Fitness Boot Camps
Jump start your work-outs with a boot camp suited for your fitness level.  Tired of the same old workout day after day, then register for one of the Celbod boot camps.  There are three boot camp levels designed to address your fitness needs.  Choose from beginner, intermediate or advanced depending on your

individual fitness level.  Space is limited to four participants in each boot camp. Each boot camp has a duration of eight weeks.  Camps are forming now, so register asap! 

Aerobic Fitness Instruction

Celestial Bodies offers on-site fitness instruction to groups of three or more persons.  We offer the following classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels:  pilates, step, high-low impact, strength training, resistance training, spinning,
 

Fitness & Figure Competition Training
Get all the facts from an IFBB Professional competitor regarding contest preparation, training, coaching, photo shoots and self-marketing.  All fitness levels are welcome, however, training opportunities fill up fast all year round.  It is a good idea to inquire and begin contest preparation as early as possible. The Celbod competition training packages customized to meet your fitness goals and aspirations. If you want professional results, get professional advice. 

Travel Trainer

Having trouble following your nutrition and exercise program when you travel.  Sounds like you may need a trainer to travel with you to keep you on your fitness track.  The main job of the travel trainer is to make sure you do not lose control of your diet and to ensure you maintain a consistent exercise schedule.  Our staff will ensure you have access to a fitness center where you are staying or close-by.  We will also assist with meal planning around your business and/or personal schedule.  Our staff is always punctual, professional and appropriately

 dressed to accompany you while traveling.

Diet To Go Personal Chef
The Celestial Bodies Sports Nutrition Center is an authorized Diet To Go Affiliate..  Imagine never having to wonder "what's for lunch or dinner" every day of the week! Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment time, please provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session.  Any cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged as a full session.
